Sandesh Singh is a highly skilled attorney with more than 20 years of experience and expertise. He studied in Kwa-Zulu Natal having obtained his BProc degree in 1994 and then in 2006, obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Labour Law through the University of Johannesburg. After serving his articles, first with MC Moodliar & Company and then with Vijay Kooblal & Associates, Sandesh was admitted as an attorney of the High Court. Shortly after admission, Sandesh relocated to Johannesburg to join Avis as a Legal Advisor. After a short stint at Avis, Sandesh left and joined Europ Assistance Worldwide Service South Africa (EASA) first as Manager, then Director and shareholder of Labour Assist, a subsidiary company of EASA. Sandesh participated as a member of EASA’s EXCO and was appointed by EASA as Head of Group HR, Legal & Compliance. While at EASA, Sandesh first joined Maharaj Attorneys as an Associate before setting up his own practice under the name and style of Singhs Attorneys.
Sandesh specialises in employment law, industrial relations, corporate and commercial law. Over the years, Sandesh has acted for a number of well-known companies and executive individuals. He acts as a strategic advisor for many companies and on occasions, has acted as lead negotiator and facilitator. He also acted as a judge in the Labour Court.
